Data we process
We may process account data, authentication data, profile information, ad content, uploaded photos, approximate location, contact preferences, payment and invoice records, verification statuses, referral activity, and technical/security logs.
Why we process it
We use this data to provide accounts, publish ads, show search results, protect users, prevent abuse, process paid services, keep accounting records, provide support, and improve the marketplace.
Contact privacy
Seller email addresses and phone numbers are not intended to be shown as plain public text. Contact actions may use backend delivery, verification, and anti-abuse checks before a buyer can contact a seller or reveal a number.
Service providers
Mortuletti uses trusted providers to run the service, including Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments and identity checks, Twilio for SMS verification, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, and email delivery providers for contact messages.
Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to operate the account, meet legal/accounting obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve support or security issues. Deleted ads may be kept briefly before permanent cleanup.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of their personal data. Contact details for formal requests will be completed before public launch.
Children
Mortuletti is intended for users who are old enough to enter into marketplace transactions and use paid services under applicable law.
