Terms of use

Draft version. Last updated: 24 June 2026.

Mortuletti is a classified ads marketplace. We provide tools for sellers to publish advertisements and for buyers to contact sellers. We are not a party to the sale between buyer and seller, and we do not hold or transfer money for goods sold between users.

Accounts and sellers

Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate, including contact details, address, and billing data where paid services are used. Sellers must have the right to sell the advertised item and must describe it honestly.

Advertisements

Ads must not contain illegal, misleading, harmful, or stolen content. Mortuletti may hide, edit, expire, or remove ads when needed to protect users, comply with law, or keep the marketplace useful. Sellers must follow the prohibited and restricted listings rules.

Paid services and account balance

Mortuletti may charge for publishing, renewing, or promoting advertisements. Account top-ups add prepaid advertising credit to the user balance. Bonus credit is promotional credit and cannot be refunded as cash. A soft moderation rejection returns the publishing fee as account credit. A hard rejection for clearly illegal, prohibited, fraudulent, or similarly serious content does not refund the publishing fee.

Location and contact

Exact seller addresses are hidden from public ads. We show an approximate area to help buyers understand where the item is located. Phone numbers and email contact are protected to reduce scraping and abuse.

Verification

Verified seller status means that the account completed the verification checks selected by Mortuletti, such as identity verification or phone verification. Verification improves trust, but it is not a guarantee that an item is genuine or that a transaction is risk-free.

Refunds

Refund requests for unused paid top-up credit can be requested from the account balance area. Refunds are reviewed before approval. Fees charged by payment providers may not be recoverable.

Limitation

Users are responsible for checking items, seller identity, payment arrangements, and delivery details before completing a transaction. Mortuletti is not responsible for private buyer-seller disputes unless required by applicable law.
